We believe in transparency and openness and meet the requirements set by EU legislation and best practice in the Industry and we set ESG in a front position of how we invest, make decisions and run daily operation.
We do more than what is expected. We have an ambitious ESG strategy and are constantly working to improve and reach our goals. Each year our process is documented in our ESG report which partners have access to. We have many years of experience and will be glad to guide your product and the choices you make in the right direction. ESG guidance is a service to us.

GOTS - Global Organic Textile Standard
GOTS is the world leading certification standard for organic produced textile including both ecological, environmental and social criteria. It ensures that the product is produced under the highest demands for sustainable production and is supervised by 3rd party audit team to ensure the integrity and transparency.
GRS - Global Recycled Standard
GRS is the world leading certification standard for recycled produced textile including both ecological and social criteria. It ensures that the product is produced under the highest demands for recycled production and is supervised by 3rd party audit team to ensure the integrity and transparency.
RWS - Responsible Wool Standard
RWS is a standard which ensures animal welfare and land management done according to the best practices of farmers and respect of animals.
ISO 9001
ISO9001 is the international standard for a quality management system. The ISO9001 standard is used by organizations to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and to demonstrate continuous improvement.
OEKO-TEX 100
The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is one of the world's best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances.
We are proud to say that 99% of our products are Oeko-tex 100 cl.2 certified.
We calculate our carbon footprint
We do our Carbon Calculation of SCOPE 1, 2 and part of 3.
In scope 3 we cover all company related emissions. This means that all the areas where we as a company have impact, we include it in our scope 3. We can share much more information about this and help provide the data you need in your carbon footprint calculation. Please reach out for more detailed information.
More sustainable yarn solutions
We offer the newest technological and sustainable yarns on the market - always guiding our customers to the best possible mix of yarns for the product to perform on sustainable, quality and technical parameters.
To be front runner of high quality socks we always aim for the lowest possible footprint - Therefore we offer design and colour solutions to reduce and use resources in the best way possible. We are front runners on pre- and post consumer recycled yarns, we offer organic and responsible certified yarns. And in addition we have developed a guiding tool to help you set the lowest carbon footprint keeping the design process a top priority.
Green energy
We have solar panels on our company roof. The energy we generate here counts for around 20%. The remaining energy is purchased as green energy from the national grid.
We have taken several initiatives to reduce our energy - and for every new investment we make it is also with the purpose to lower our energy use, as this is part of our overall strategy.
ESG report
Responsible action is a key element and a core principle in ComfySocks. We measure and report on our ESG performance though our yearly report. We have a number of initiatives and we are glad to share our process with our partners. Reach out to know more.
